To ensure we can provide you with the very lowest prices, all prices are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The price of subsequent certified translations assumes that all certificates will be sent to AngloCertificate at the same time and returned to the customer in one envelope at the same time, in order to reduce AngloCertificate's administration costs.

2. AngloCertificate reserves itself the right to apply a surcharge for the translation of a particular certificate. A surcharge may in particular be applied if the certificate uses highly specialised language, of complicated formatting is involved or if the certificate is hardly legible. However, this is rarely the case and AngloCertificate will always inform the customer in advance if the charge is expected to be more than quoted on this website.

3. Subsequent certified translations shall have a separate Statutory Declaration (or Affidavit) attached and shall be bound separately, unless the customer specifies otherwise.

4. Except in cases of Force Majeure, AngloCertificate shall return translations within 48 hours; this means that the certified translation shall be dispatched by next-day Special Delivery within 48 hours of receipt, not that the customer shall receive the translation within 48 hours.

5. AngloCertificate reserves itself the right to choose a different delivery option, especially in the event of a strike by Royal Mail.

6. In exceptional cases, AngloCertificate shall endeavour to despatch certified translations within 24 hours, by prior arrangement with the customer. AngloCertificate shall reserve itself the right to make a surcharge for this service.

7. All work undertaken by AngloCertificate comes with a 100% guarantee of customer satisfaction. If a customer is not entirely satisfied with a translation, AngloCertificate shall endeavour to ensure the customer is entirely satisfied at AngloCertificate's own cost.
